I build the underlying systems and partnerships that drive tech innovation across Africa. My work splits into two core tracks: managing the critical financial tools that tens of millions of people rely on daily, and building national programs that connect global tech giants, government, and startup ecosystems.

Over the last 7+ years, I have focused on building infrastructure that can outlast me, establishing commercial pipelines that bring together international tech corporations, local venture capital, and quality talent.

Financial Infrastructure & Product Leadership

My day-to-day execution centers on managing banking architecture at the absolute highest scale on the continent:

Moniepoint: As Product Lead at Africa’s largest business banking and merchant payments company, I manage core financial infrastructure powering daily transactions for tens of millions of businesses and consumers across the African market.

Kuda: Before this, I led core banking infrastructure, designing and scaling the underlying system for millions of retail and business accounts.

National Innovation & Enterprise Programs

I bring together private capital, national policy, and global corporations to drive real economic traction:

Tech Revolution Africa: As Co-Founder and Director, I grew our flagship conference into a massive ecosystem gathering for over 7,000 founders, investors, ecosystem leaders, executives and state policymakers. In this role, I secured and manage core corporate partnerships with global technology giants including MTN Nigeria, Ericsson, Huawei, Sterling Bank, Equinix (Main One), Coralpay, Ligadata and more.

The Presidential Villa / Connect NextGen Hackathon: I co-created the Connect NextGen National Hackathon alongside Ericsson and the Federal Government of Nigeria. Launched at the Nigerian Presidential Villa with the Office of the Vice President, I designed and executed the operational framework to vet and shortlist 50 enterprise-ready startups, leading and managing (alongside my team) the accelerator program to help founders leverage 5G, AI, IoT to scale across multiple industries.

NITDA / The Builders Festival: I orchestrated our strategic national partnership with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) to design and run a first of its kind program called The Builders Festival. It’s a structured pipeline that allows large corporate enterprises (like commercial banks and telcos) to channel their actual technical bottlenecks directly to vetted, enterprise-ready African startups.

Venture Execution & Talent Acceleration

To ensure the African tech ecosystem has the human capital and product engines required to scale, I run a dual portfolio of initiatives:

TekNexus Africa: Founded as a tech talent hub that has accelerated over 5,000 technology professionals across 10+ countries through structured, high-value mentorship frameworks.

Cleonify: Founded as a global product agency that has designed, built, and launched MVPs for over 100 startups across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Africa.

Speaking, Advisory & Media

I regularly share practical insights on digital transformation, product leadership, and tech ecosystem growth. I have delivered mainstage sessions at major platforms like Art of Technology (AOT) Lagos, the No Code Tech Summit, the No Code Africa Fest and more. I also serve as an advisory mentor and jury member for local and international accelerator hubs, including the MarkHack Startup Incubation Hub, Product Lab, Savvy Global Fellowship For Entrepreneurs, TEF Entreprenurship program

My work and initiatives are regularly featured across major business and technology media, including TVC, The Guardian, Techeconomy, Punch, Vanguard, TechCabal, and BusinessDay.

When I’m away from building tech infrastructure, I am a published author, a pianist, an action movie fan, and an international traveler.
